General Terms:

The cottages are self catering. Teneants are expected to supply their own sheets and towels. The tenants are responsible for the cleaning, including at the departure. If the tenant would like to have this service upon departure, we can offer it to the fee above. Please book this service in good time prior your arrival. Dogs are allowed in Totte- & Micke and Lillstugan cottage. However the landlord must be notified by the time of reservation.
Cats are NOT allowed in ANY cottage.

The cottages are available from 3 pm the day of arrival and shall be left by 12 pm the day of departure.

Please note that we can not accept reservations from groups of single persons under the age of 21.

Pets and Smoking is prohibited in Kullan- & Masen cottage! ( exeption in Masen: a dog may be allowed on request)

Tenants are expected to take good care of the cottages and everything contained within it. We reserve the right to charge the tenant for any cause of damage.

Tenants agree:
1) Not to exceed maximum number of guests as stated in the confirmation letter
2) Not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining properties
3) To be responsible for the safety of children
4) To allow the owners reasonable access if necessary

Owners Liability:
1) In the unlikely event of the cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, i.e. fire damage, we will give a full refund. No further liability will be accepted.
2) The use of the accommodation and amenities is at the hirer´s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the tenant or tenants companions or guests.
